An album of songs to activate our inner knowing - All we are is Love.
The inspiration for this album was to create soft, soothing lullabies that could be sung to our little ones - and to ourselves. Too often we forget how a little self-nourishment in the form of tender loving attention can be exactly what we need most. My hope is that this album inspires the loving nurturer in you to give yourSelf all the love that you are.
