It's Happening

Amazingly it's all WORKING. I mean the listening. Asking for guidance, and hearing answers. So many little things have been happening correctly in the past two weeks. I have been making the right choices, even when it seems like I'm going off the craziest guess or tiniest hunch. Some wonderful things include:

- taking a super out of the way detour because of traffic on the highway, resulting in routing through a state park and seeing 2 bald eagles flying above me (plus feeling the total exhilaration of going 75mph again after sitting still for so long)

- making the correct choice of hanging out with a girlfriend, which in hindsight I see how I avoided what would have been an emotionally draining moment alone

- making the correct choice to have dinner with friends, which resulted in an unexpectedly strong closeness with a friend who passed away

- I know exactly what to do with my time, when I have some on my hands, and am always making the right choices, like whether to work or exercise or eat or socialize, and my choices have come with much less deliberation than usual, because I remember to feel for the right answer

This is changing EVERYTHING! Ask my mother who knows HOW impossible it is for me to make a decision when I'm shopping and she'll tell you how many times she's left me in the dressing room! Or ask my brother how impossible I am at making decisions on what I want to order off a menu! I know I'm doing it when it's happening, but decisions grow in importance once I put attention on them and I always always want to make the best choice. So feeling for the answer rather than just limiting it to my head-thinking is thrilling because I know so instantly what to do. 

Also, things seem to be coming in such sweet flow lately. There are so many little magical details popping up in my everyday moments, like getting the most efficient, smooth-driving, and kind taxi driver I have ever had coming out of JFK and learning where to get the best Lebanese lunch in Manhattan (and going there and it was UNFORGETTABLE); the server at a 5 star restaurant bringing me an Iberico ham and pear appetizer just because she saw how passionate I was about it when my aunt ate hers; getting a perfectly-timed book recommendation from a girlfriendl and so many more little fun things like these. Like I said, and I can actually now believe, it's happening.

Delicious homemade ice cream. It will take you to childhood! Unless you are a child, then it will take you to Charlie's Chocolate Factory! I was informed by the ice cream guy who served me that it is made from 18% milkfat so NO WONDER it's so great! Do this the day before you start your vegan cleanse. 

PS this sign was posted in the ice cream parlor. Interestingly the only other place on Earth I have seen this sign is at [a recent LAB Light], Stir It Up in St. Augustine!
