Glorious Gulls

Seagulls always inspire me. They aren't afraid to come close and they always seem to be enjoying what they're doing. It was a day off in Alexandria, VA where I met these flying friends earlier this week. We approach the most intense time of the tour now, and these gulls, as they flew around my head while I sat on the tip of a marina dock on the Potomic, seemed to whisper a reminder, "love where you are, love where you are". Because they know time is flying by and this moment is infinitely small and infinitely magical.
